Refund policy

Digital Downloads

All digital products (SVG files, cut files, and design files) are delivered instantly upon checkout and are non-refundable. Because digital files can be copied and used immediately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a download has been made available.

If you experience a technical issue with your file — such as a corrupted download or a file that doesn't match the product description — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right, either by resending the file or issuing a store credit.

Physical Products

We want you to love your blanks. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

For all other returns, we accept unused, unprinted items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Email us at support@blanklab.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
